About “Rock the Dot”:
“It is a Grant Initiative that provides family-owned businesses with small business grants to help with early-stage, or next level grants between $500 and $5000 that will help to further advance our member businesses. The grants will help to provide funding for business tools and small-scale capital purchases that are critical to early-stage growth that is vital to long-term success. Military spouse and veteran TRN members will apply for grants based on need, followed by a competitive pitch process to TRN Advisory Group and Victory Council members. The 2015 goal is to provide $150,000 in grants to members based on funds raised by TRN through the Rock the Dot! Public awareness campaign and merchandise sales led by local/national celebrities and business leaders who are passionate about strengthening today’s military families and veterans through entrepreneurship.”
