Q: When will my order ship?

A: IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE: Due to manufacturing and shipping irregularities, your order may be delayed. We sincerely apologize. Like many retailers, we are adjusting to the new retail and shipping climate. We have taken steps to minimize delays and we are working earnestly to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order before it ships?

A: Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it right away, therefore, we are unable to cancel or edit an order once it is placed.             

                                
Q: If I place my order today, when can I expect delivery?  

A: Your shipping confirmation will include information about your order, tracking number, and (if available) an estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.

Standard delivery can take up to 7-10 days (excluding Sunday).

Depending on your delivery address, expedited UPS shipping options may be available. Rates and shipping options are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and delivery location. Please note, expedited shipping service does not include weekend delivery. 

Q: What is your Refund & Return Policy? 

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange. In order to qualify, products must be in their original packaging, be unaltered and undamaged. Customized products cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. 

Q Do you ship to FPO, APO, DPO addresses? 

A: Yes, we sure do! 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We are currently able to ship anywhere in the US, including APO addresses (military base), to Canada and Germany. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to other international locations, however, some of our international customers have used international parcel forwarding services (IPFS) with a varying level of success.
 
Q: How many characters can I request to have engraved?

A: Engraving options are product specific. Most engrave-able products will have engraving information noted within the product description page.  

50 Caliber Bullet: Engraving includes 1 line, up to 25 characters (including spaces). We cannot engrave special characters, only text, and numbers. All fonts with the exception of the “Script” font will have each letter capitalized. 

20MM product: Engraving includes 1 line, up to 25 characters (including spaces). We cannot engrave special characters, only text, and numbers. All fonts with the exception of the “Script” font will have each letter capitalized.
 
.7.62MM Bullet: Engraving includes 1 line, up to 15 characters (including spaces). We cannot engrave special characters, only text, and numbers. All fonts with the exception of the “Script” font will have each letter capitalized.
 
30MM product: Engraving includes 1 line, up to 25 characters (including spaces). We cannot engrave special characters, only text, and numbers. All fonts with the exception of the “Script” font will have each letter capitalized.

Freedom Frag: Engraving includes 2 lines, up to 25 characters (including spaces). We cannot engrave special characters, only text, and numbers. Copperplate Bold and Stencil fonts only.
 
Q: What are my font choices for engraving?

A: 30MM products are engraved in Arial Font. For all other engravable bullet products, you may select to have your text engraved in Stencil, Copperplate, or Script font. All fonts with the exception of the “Script” font will have each letter capitalized.

Q: Do my items come with a gift box? 

A: Gift boxes are available for 50 caliber, 20MM and 30MM products for an additional cost.
 
Q: Can I add a gift message to be included with my order? 

A: At this time we are unable to include gift messages with orders. Also, your order may ship with a packing slip that includes the pricing.   

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Yes. We offer volume discounts for charitable events, military balls, unit reunions, and wholesale customers. Please contact us for more for more information.

Q: What’s Afterpay?

A: Get it now, pay later. Pay in payment installments with Afterpay. Select Installments by Afterpay during checkout, and pay for your purchase over 4 equal payments every 2 weeks. Afterpay is available for shopping carts valuing $35 – $1,000.
